Online Board Evaluation and Training

Concordant Consulting LLC has designed a proprietary online evaluation process for non-profit boards. The system can run from two weeks to three months, depending upon board needs. Through the use of both brief and detailed hypothetical situations, we identify the extent to which boards understand their customary roles as the legal custodians of their institutions. These hypothetical dilemmas—customized to your type of institution—have multiple acceptable solutions; the task for board members is to rank the solutions in order of preference. Every board member participates anonymously, and some of the unacceptable responses to the hypothetical dilemmas make the whole process fun.
